Answers: Awwwe, don't feel desperate. Size isn't everything! But anyways,
tips on how to get the pounds stale:
-drink WATER WATER WATER no SODA allowed!
-Eat lots of celery and other veggies. Celery and many other vegetables hold no calories to begin next to, and chewing it actually BURNS calories!! So by ingestion celery you burn calories!!
-Excercise 30 mins a day.
-SLEEP! 7-10 hours NO EXCEPTIONS!

It vitally comes down to counting calories and exercising. Did your Dr. not tell you HOW to lose the mass? He's supposed to educate you on that. low carb diet

eat more and excerise smaller number, i mean atleast it sounds honest i lost 20 lbs by eating smaller amount and excercising 30 mins a day respectively day. i literally put away half of what i used to beside a tall chalice of water or tea/lemonade etc and excercised on a treadmill and bike for 30 mins respectively day. i also don't drink soda except for I don`t know 1 or 2 a month
Hey there, resourcefully you should first ask your doctor what the best course of action is. The ultimate thing you want to do is endanger your vigour. Losing 1 inch a week is pretty ambitious (some would say risky).
The best item to do is ask some of your friends what works for them. Not knowing you personally it's tough to vote exactly what you should do, see what other people on this forum right to be heard for you to try.
