Answers:    That's not a nice article to say to anyone! But you want to keep a food diary of everything you chomp through in 1 week and afterwards cut out all of the harmful things you have be eating.french fries, cookies, cake, sodas, burgers, etc. Start eating fresh fruit, vegetables, lots of leafy green salads, drink lots of sea and exercise 20 minutes before meal to get you metabolism going. It's not comfortable to do, I need to lose some freight myself. Good luck! and don't give up. There are plenty of websites next to good dieting tips, use them.responsibly
i know how u feel :( im 5''1 and i consignment 135 but im 14 yrs old, your not fatty u probably of late a little chubby resembling me. for your hieght and weight, u own to eat 1400 calories a light of day and burn 500 calories a day. and u will loose 2 pounds a week Ok..
Just follow this time table..
Morning:
* Dring luke thaw water donate some lemon drops & Honey (When u wakeup)
* Do lil bit of exercise 30 mins
* Have ur breakfast

Afternoon:
* Have ur lunch.
* Drink green tea without sugar if u want make a payment some lemon drops.

Evening:
* Drink luke warm hose down with some lemon drops.

Night:
* Have ur dinner
* Drink Green tea near some lemon drops

NOTE:
At night it ur dinner befre sleeping 4 to 5 hours
Eat partially of the food which u where consumption
Easiest way to lose bulk:

1. Don't eat postponed
2. Don't eat fatty foods (soda, pizza, etc.)
3. Exercise (swim, run, work out, etc.)
