Sit-ups...?


I understand the concept of working a muscle group out to break the muscles down, endow with the muscle group time to rebuild and restore your health, and then working them out again, etc... surrounded by order to strengthen muscles.

But I save reading that it is ok to work the abdominal muscles out daily within an excersize program. Is that true?

And if it is, is that better than working your abs out every other day for lack of complaint training?

And what's special about the abdominal muscles compared to the rest of the muscles?


Answers:    With breaking the muscles down and allowing retrieval time, you are training hypertrophy and strength. Most people train the abdominals for persistence and tone, which is ok to do 5 - 7 times a week. This is only for tone, most population do not want to have larger stomach muscles.
The abdominals are not special they are exactly like peas in a pod as every other muscle
From what I understand and hold heard, you should treat them purely as you would any other muscle group. So I work them out every other day. do abs first. if it's what you wanna work most, do it first definitley. manufacture sure to stretch your back by lying on your stomach and bending your chest upwards after every 50 or so reps. there's also different workouts for the lower abdominal muscles, since they are the hardest to tone.
if you want to bring your abs to pop out then work them out everyother sunshine, but if you just want to own ripped abs then yes work them out every morning treat them like every other muscle, work them out in the future and let them restore your health the next.

when your done doing your ab exercise, turn on your stomach in a push up position and enjoy your arms only push your upper body up dont move your legs this will backing stretch out the muscles making it feel better for your and treat them capably 2
