Answers:    if you dont enjoy access to a gym it will be hard to bulk up. i usually recommend power lifting as a standard weightlifting routine for someone who requests to put on muscle mass and get bigger. my favorite power lifting workout is a three daylight workout: day 1-chest (flat bench, incline, decline, fly's), afternoon 2- legs (back squat, front squat), day 3- full body (dead lift, cleans) this will hit the muscles that will make you look bigger. its the power lifting routine used fora lot of dignified school football team. to add the finishing touch, drink a protein shake or creatine now after your workout.
Training with free weights will backing, and to bulk up rather than lately tone, you need to use large weights. First of all getting bigger will require more than lifting weights. You are going to want the proper food and rst and than top that off beside some heavy lifting. doing squats and dealifts bench presses and dips are adjectives very far-reaching the more basic the move ment the more you target one muscle group. But its basically as important to work the smaller mucsle groups to prevent injury. I suggest you read up on some righteous work outs for begginers goto mens health.com and look into thruogh there info. You inevitability to eat lots of protein and draw from lots of rest too. good luck and most importantly hold fun!
