crunches will bring in it bigger. you're meant to enjoy some fat above your reproductive organs. it's adaptive. Crunches work wonders. I know here are these comercials saying they don't, but they totally do. I've be doing 100 crunches per day for almost 2 years presently and my little belly pouch is gone. It's hard to receive rid of it and lot of people choose liposuction but near determination you can lose it. Good luck!
