Cut all soda & sweet tea out of your diet & stick to river. That alone will make you lose counterweight if you drink a lot of soda. uhm..not a soul will know if you fat if you dont vote what you weigh!!

no your not excess weight your hot I lost 60 pounds in 5 months finishing year (after I had a baby) by restricting to 500 calories per morning and exercising on a treadmill for 30 mins 4 times a week.

How can you be a lacto-vegetarian and be fat? adjectives the vegetarian individuals I know are skinny. All they eat is smoothies for breakfast near lots of fruit, eggs, vegetables and all other things thriving everyday who cares as long as your content thats all that matter some ppl like bigger ppl its no issue
Ask around for an wonderful sport for your body type which you enjoy, and start it. Regular sport is watertight. You might also need to devolution your eating behaviour though. Exercise like walking and swimming. Cut out sugar or be in motion vegan. Don't get through after 530 in the evening.

You can loose some pound for sure freshly by running an hour everyday. Welcome to the club! I don't think diets work, the singular thing i.e. working for me is; no more sodas, no sweets, eating adjectives your 3 meals but smaller portions, snack surrounded by between meals (fruit or vegetables) and obviously, exercise... Hope it works for you!

You put your height, but not your weight- so it's difficult for me to speak for sure whether you actually stipulation to be concerned.
