Weight loss for towering society?

I am a tall (5'10 or 5'11) overweight teen and I want to know if it will be easier for me to loss mass? Any tips? I think if I lost a bit fat contained by some areas I would have a great body but I know that's not adjectives that's important

Answers:    The taller you are the more evenly distributed the corpulent is, so it makes you appear to be skinner than someone i.e. a lot shorter than you at equal weight. If you lose a short time bit of weight it will most promising appear to look more substantial on a taller person. You still obligation to eat right and exercise as intricate as anyone else to lose weight.
Well the rate that you lose counterbalance really doesn't have anything to do beside your height, but the amount of counterbalance you have.
The more mass you have, the quicker you'll lose it doing little things. A 150 lb entity would only burn approaching 1 calorie walking up and down the steps, but an 170 person might burn 2 or 3. Get it? It also depends on your BMI and the opening your body is. Some peoples bodies stop losing weight once it feel its gotten too low, and some people own trouble losing the first few pounds. So it really depends on your personal body type :) eat no more than 1,500 cals a daytime and do an hour of cardio at least 5 times a week. if u stick to this u will definately lose counterbalance. if u dont then u wont. the choice is yours
