she says she is drinking healthy (although she eat really small amounts of food- she mostly eats salads and rice cakes), she is exercising to lose calories, she finds excuses for not consumption, she doesn't like going out (she used to resembling going out), most times (not always) she is moody, she really feels cold (even when it's of late cool). she gets angry when we put in the picture her to eat and she think she is fat (she gain about 5kg during summer so she started dieting, she lost the extra kg but she still think she is fat)

I'm not an expert or anything, but I know a few anorexic folks, and I would say probably, but obligation more info. YES! You are a good friend to see these things and want to help. Tell her that you really comfort about her but you are afraid she is hurting her body. These are the hasty warning signs and it might hurt you to do, but you have need of to tell her parents or a trusted grown at the school because she probably requirements help.
