Serious anwsers appreciated..?

Okay.
I'm 14, actually concerned more or less my weight, and I'd love it if I don`t know I could get a few legitimate opinions from relatives.
I'm 5"7, and 122 lbs. I've gotten comments from different doctors; some saying i'm a fine solidity, others said i could stand to lose a little.
See, I'm mode of.. worried. and annoied.
I've noticed that i can kinda.. see my spine, sorta. and, powerfully.. that's like, not honourable. but, i'd like to lose a bit of weightiness on my legs.. while at the same time, i really don't want to own an unhealthy, boney upper body.
i saunter a lot, lift up some weights, make sure i hold at least 50 grams of protein, 6-9 servings of fruit and veggies, etc.
I can't have a chat to mom about this, because she of late.. well, call me anorexic. But I want to be healthy. I basically don't really know what that is.
What should I adaptation about.. the above?

Based on BMI standards you are just fine counterweight wise and definately do not call for to worry just about losing weight.
As for your legs you can't really target one quantity of your body to lose weight but you can use mass machines that target the legs to help build muscle within, which can get rid of the fleshy.
If you have access to a gym you should articulate to a trainer there, they could donate you some really good direction.
Good luck!
Your weight is fine. Maybe chomp through more protein. lift more to append muscle to your back Add rows to your workouts if you don't already do them. Or incorporate some new lift. you could also add running or stair climbing to tone the legs. You're skinny! Your BMI is 19.1 according to http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ which is almost underweight. Everyone carry their weight surrounded by different places, (ex. Pear shape: bigger lower body, small upper body; Apple: weight around the middle, bigger stomache; Carrot: substantial bust, small thighs and butt). Maybe you could do some toning exercises to tighten your thighs? I definitely don't expect you should lose any weight. :O
