Answers: The loose skin is from losing substance too quickly probably. If you lose more than the clean # of pounds (like 2-3) per week, then you hold a bigger chance of getting loose skin approaching that. Not everyone gets it even if they lose counterbalance, some people win nothing or some carry stretch marks instead. I contemplate its partly genetic. Some general public will get loose skin even if they lose mass slowly, but its less expected. In terms of not getting it I'm not sure- I don`t know try eating more in shape oils and drinking more wet. Stuff like fish grease, flax oil are supposed to be well-mannered for your skin? Take your vitamins too.
Really though, my advice is to take some help for your bulimia and swot to lose weight within a more healthy deportment. It will also be much more effective within keeping the weight bad in the long residence. I'm not trying to be a smart *, bulimia is really dangerous. There is no instrument to prevent it tearing up your throat or esophagus (esophageal cancer isn't fun, nor is it curable), and it'll also crease your teeth and your heart, etc. I guess you probably know most of that but I'm going to say it anyway.
ummm.. powerfully you're loosing the weight too vigorous.. that's why it's loose... and if you do some exercise. like push-ups, sit-ups, walking, etc. it will relieve build up muscle. which will help prevent loose skin. but i found this site..
