Why aren't I looseing the bulk on my stomach? I touch Like a MR.POTATOE HEAD HELP!?


I had a BAD pregnancy gain like 70 something pounds. I hold lost 30 of it, in a year!! I hold lost weight surrounded by my legs, in my arms, my frontage, I dont know how to loose this stomach though, it is so irritating. I buy new clothes and I thieve them home try them on and it fits all the path up to the zipper then it doesn't. I dont know what to do. I work out, I do sit ups. I am trying I really am. I enjoy excess skin too (grows I know) I just want to know what I am doing wrong, or is in attendance a reason, or some tips, besides sit ups, dampen, calorie intake, and walking at least 20-30 minutes a sunshine, because that is what I own been doing. Haven't see ANY results. It's like my weightiness loss actually have just Stopped. I try really rugged, and food is my addiction, and I hate working out, so when I do workout and drink right and dont see ANY results, it is so depressing.


Answers:    ok well my mother resenly have a babay and it has be like 11 mounths and my mom lost consignment in every nouns except her stomach to. she tried working out just resembling you but she worked out and that didnt help but theres this diet that works and she have already lost 5 inches off her stomach surrounded by 7 days. its called the dairy and chicken diet. adjectives you can eat is plain yogert,chicken,eggs(no sesonings) rice, crackers and soiy milk,fish and your deep vegtabless and fruit. just stick to it and no concern how good somthing looks dont get through it! get some support and put in the picture them to not let you chomp through anything else.. i realley hope this helpsss
It's because you had a kid. Your stomach will stay big for a while. You need leniency, stomach fat is sturdy to shift, especially on women. Try walking for an hourm & thers nothing wrong near eating lots but you call for to make smart choices. At dinner for example, i devour my steak & spuds & load up on vegetables, they teem me up but dont make me put on cargo.
