No Lunch

However, i have 1 coke zero



Dinner: Ratatouille (Marks and Spencer) 120 calories
1 courgette grated and heated slightly
1 green chilli beside the ratatouille

1 braeburn apple
1 pineapple ring (not in syrup)
a handful of green grapes.


i also go on walks today that burned past its sell-by date around 300 + calories as well as my average , physical activity of walking around academy up stairs e.t.c.

How much have i eat today?
Is it too little?
Will i lose weight?
How much should i put away to maintain my counterbalance?

97-98lbs
6ft 0 inch
