Any ways, you are young in a minute and it easy to stay surrounded by track, so try to keep up the apposite work, and if you don't, start going to the gym or running 30 min 3-4 times a week. limit yourself to few meal in in haste food restaurant and remember that diet and excesises are not only to lose mass, they are also to keep your substance and have a heathly stile of energy!

but u should still guzzle healthy and exercise.. no issue how much u weigh..

I am not a doctor, but it sounds to me to be decent. you have to remember you are soaring. so 160 should be a good weightiness for you. yo ushould check out a bmi calculator to see how much you can weight and how much you can lose and still be glowing. you can just google bmi calculator if you want an accurate reading yeah it also depends on your bone structure
