Answers: Ha, I usually devour! Sorry, on a serious note, you should try drinking a great deal of water, drinking ice cubes, and drinking grapes, especially frozen. They taste really worthy.
And there's the other option of keeping yourself deeply, very busy - cleaning out your cupboards, scrub your bathroom, things like that. Although they're not exactly pleasant, they are distractions, which might aid. Good luck!

I eat every 3 hours or so, plus I drink 64oz of sea daily. Instead of the two bowls of cereal, hold 1 cup of cereal with some fruit surrounded by it. That fruit can be anything like raisins, blueberries, or banana. Have a snack between breakfast & lunch of any 1/2 apple or other fruit, or some baby carrot, or slices of bell pepper, or other vetg. You can have some of the fruit mixed near the Yogurt, but reduce the yogurt to 1/2 cup. For dinner, enjoy some lean meat or fish( a portion is the size of a deck of playing cards), 1/2 rice, or 1/2 baked potato, plain, 1 cup vetg. Then for a little dessert hold some fruit and a few almonds or walnuts. What tips I gave you is from the biggest looser diet and I enjoy so far lost 35lbs.
