Answers: Exercise!! Do sit ups or crunches everyday..don't chomp through a whole lot of fattening food...no sweets.essentially...just chomp through healthy and focus your exercise on your abdominal muscles and you should do fine!

Sounds like you probably don't hold to much to worry nearly, try accepting yourself the way you are and savour just mortal a teenager, this time is going to fly by, don't spend it worrying just about a little bit of "fat"! Have fun. yes he is right ..excersie or best entity for you is to go fo jog evyday?
Crunches. They suck, but its your best bet. And do those things where you lay on your put money on and hold both legs up about 6 inches sour the ground, knees straight. Drink lots of water. Good luck and enjoy fun! You probably don't want to hear this but...
If your pretty thin already you probably don't want to diet. Once women hit puberty they develop a certain amount of chubby on there stomach that protects their reproductive system. I wouldn't diet if your truism that your already pretty thin
if you are already tinny than it is not belly fat simply unworked muscles.

insted of going on a diet thing...lately kinda cut out snacking between meals! it take ur body 20 minutes to tell your brain that ur full!
so perchance don't eat promptly and only devour one serving if ur still hungry after alittle while then possibly get a seccond helping!
try not to devour like too various chips or cookies or junk food close to that...!
To burn fat, you hold to expend more calories than you bring in, plain and simple. Cardio (such as jog, cycling, kick-boxing) a few times a week would help!
You can't "spot reduce" - as surrounded by, you could go crunches adjectives day, but adjectives it will get you is toned abs beneath that layer of chub.
Also, I'd recommend adjectives out soda (because of the carbonation) and extra salt (because of bloating).
