Slim down a bit..?


I'm a teen girl (5'8'', 130). I knows I'm high-ceilinged, so I'm not concerned with what the size says. But my tummy muffins over adjectives my pants, and my thighs/behind are jiggly. I only just want a slimmer tummy-one that doesn't go OVER my pant. I am comfortbale with the track I am, I simply want to be the best I can be!

I run on my readmill maybe once every two weeks. Yeah. I don't close to running. I'm not an athletic person at allll. I know I should start including some exercises contained by my daily time.. but I don't know what!

Also, I eat profoundly. I cannot go more than 2 hours short food. I guess I'm a pretty picky eater... and the things I do like consumption is mostly processed junk. My people doesn't cook things either... so it's not resembling I have some fresh lunchtime I could be eating. It's usually a serve-yourself-eat-whats-in-the-pantry giving of thing.

Basically I inevitability help creating some sort of diet metamorphosis for myself and some ideas for exercises. And freshly overall tips. Thanks a million!


Answers:    Whoa, some guy said 130, 5'8" is on the heavy side? No style, I'm 5'5" and 115 and people communicate me how skinny I am... see your problem isn't being over-weight, it's self "skinny fat" your not obiese, but you have no body toning. Eating small HEALTHY meal all light of day long (about 5 mini-meals a day) will increase your metabolism, burn off that flabby belly. Also, I hear this trick: try sucking in your stomach as far as it can and afterwards tying a string there. Sounds insane, but this will result in you to continually flex your lower abdominals! When these muscles are stronger, they will be able to hold posterior the organs pressing up against them and you will look great!
uhmm slim fast? Well the answer is surrounded by your problems. Eat some fiber and protein instead of "processed junk"-fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.

If you don't approaching running, try walking instead, it's just as apt if you walk 30 minutes a daytime 4-5 times a week.

Listen, I used to be just approaching you, I'm a 14 year old guy, 5'8, and 122 lbs. I used to be 5'7" and 140 lbs. How did I transmute?

I stopped buying school lunch, instead I brought together grain bread beside a banana and an apple with some skim milk. I took cookies and potato chips out of my diet, and I started doing simple things resembling pushups and crunches.

Before I could hardly do 3 pseudo pushups, I had "man boobs" if you will. It be awful. Now I can do 25 real hit-the-floor pushups minus a wheeze. Those moobs turned into solid pecks. My face go from round and pudgy to sharp and lean. I feel great, I look great, and I'm much in good health.

But you're fine as you are. 130 at 5'8" is fine, just a tad bit on the lashing side, don't worry more or less it.
oh how i wish i be 130 again!! but just excersise... thieve gym classes it will tone you up fast!! ( cycling will tone those legs right up)
