Answers: That is a lot of mass to lose. Make sure that you are not taking any shortcuts to do this.
Fast weight loss is not lifelong weight loss.

run wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else! Wow, i hold like impossible to tell apart problem. What i do is i bring healthy food along next to me. Almonds, dried fruit so im not tempted to buy "junk" food. And when my friends chomp through their donuts or what njot and drink their starbucks. I grab out my food and drink dampen. After awhile, you feel better roughly yourself, casue your making good decision and your not tempted to get through bad food.
Try not to guzzle after 7:00 and don't eat food beside a lot of carbs.
Also, stir to the gym, or take up swimming, or a cardiovascular sport.
