Weight loss, but not for me :(?


Yeah, I`ve tried everything: the Atkins, South Beach, some diet based on grain, you name it… and zilch. I`m 5 ft 3 in and 159 lbs and I judge Someone up there requests me to remain overweight for the rest of my life. Maybe I`ve changed diets too speedily, maybe I didn`t worked out adequate, maybe… maybe… maybe… Although I lost my hope, I`m willing to supply it another shot. So, how did you lose weight? Maybe it`s something I haven`t tried so far to be exact gonna do miracles for me.. who knows?
