Daily recommended fruits and veggies... how much is too much?


I have perchance 12-15 servings of fruits and vegetables just give or take a few every day. I put away plenty of the other food that is needed and I bring back plenty of exercise, but it seems that I've developed a faint-hearted eating way - but only fruits and veggies... I know that sounds silly but I'm other munching on something and now I get people recitation me it can't be good for me to enjoy that much fruits and veggies.

What do you all guess?


Answers:    I think you're simply blessed that you want to munch on fruits and veggies adjectives day instead of sweets and salted snacks. As long as you are not dousing them in butter or sugar I deem it is perfectly typical, and extremely healthy.

Well considering most Americans are intake things like chips and cookies within excess, you are very lucky and forceful. maybe try to put away more veggies instead of fruits so much because most veggies contain virtually no calories, while fruits carry more calories and sugar as ably.
u can never have 2 much fruit and veg and its great that u enjoy them as snacks. There was a tv program be 10 people have sum medical tests done and next 4 the whole of the week they munch through just fruit and veg and afterwards they did sum tests after and adjectives of the results were much better, and thats after basically a week!
