What should i do for Motivation?
Answers: 1) Keep a journal of your progress (i.e. final week I lifted 185 lbs. 8 times, this week I lift it 10 times).
2) Buy something nice that will only look well brought-up on you once you reach the physique you will to obtain.
3) Buy yourself something expensive that you use to workout next to (i.e. "I spent $40.00 on these weight lifting gloves, heck yes I'm going to use them).
4) Take monthly pictures of yourself to be capable of see the progress your making.
5) Treat yourself to something sweet (i.e. yogurt) as a reward for a good morning at the gym.
6) Always keep surrounded by mind that the hardest part around working out is simply getting yourself to walk through the front doors of the gym.

carry yourself aw dern vehicll! You need to set goal. Do you want to lose 10 lbs? Give yourself a long time to do it and then set short occupancy milestones. Start by running for 4 minutes and then walking 1 minute for 4 cycles. It should be pretty trouble-free while will help next to motivation. Then increase your running time and decrease your walking time. You'll be running for 45 minutes beforehand you know it!
