Answers: You gotta be careful because this is a risky little operation...losing 5 pounds of sea weight contained by less than a daylight is not easy or drastically safe for that situation...I will tell you what my friends who wrestled used to do to lose hose weight smartly before their weigh ins...would work every time.

You can embezzle a laxative to ** it out, but there shouldn't be anything not here in your stomach contained by the first place aside from water/sugar/caffeine...so you don't need a laxative. Those get you feel frightful anyway. All you need to draw from is a water pill - you can buy a pack of these over the counter at any drug store resembling CVS or Walgreens or Rite Aid.
Get up early. Don't drink anything that can't be completely digested in more than an hour. Eat something hurricane lantern like processed carbs or some muted popcorn (literally LIGHT, as in low substance - matter and hence mass cannot be created nor destroyed). Then take a hose pill and start drinking water. Hit the steam room. Do everything you can to sweat it out. Jog around contained by heavy clothing. What get me sweating most is HIIT or high intensity interval training - sprint tread for a minute, then walk briskly pace for a minute, maintain switching and you'll be sweating like crazy contained by 10 minutes flat.
