Im big boned so like if I weigh 150 I'd look anorexic. my mom weights that much and everyone thinks shes anorexic soo.
Im thinking 180?
is this possible to lose contained by six months?

Most people are overweight today so mundane looks too skinny. You need to lose weightiness. 150 is too much. I'm 5'7" and 140 and that is a usual weight and where on earth I should be. You're shorter so you should weigh less.

you should be around 150 , its not anorexic 60 lbs, 6 months, 10lbs a month? Sounds possible. Stick to a strict and hard workout that keep you working hard, perferably cardio of some sort, spend atleast 2 hr's a daylight doing it, and drink alot of water up to that time and after meals. and for the cardio drink sea, so I guess drink lots of water lol..

NO ONE within their right mind would think a 150 lbs personality who is 5'4 1/2 is anorexic, LOL. I'm 5'6, also big boned and weigh 130 and no one say that to me...hahahha

It is POSSIBLE that you could lose that much weight contained by 6 months, but why do you think you can? Are you primed mentally to kick the snacking infatuation?

"looking" anorexic should be the LEAST of your worries. You're gonna have a heart attack by 25 if you keep hold of this up.
I think 145- 150 sounds virtuous. Not anorexic. Diet and exersise.. it's possible.
Don't diet. It is normal for girls your age to bloat. Heck, I am. Try working out and intake healthy. If you are determined to weigh smaller amount, you should only start dieting at age 20, because, to be exact when you are physically an adult. At age 23 you are mentally. You are obese, not big-boned. You should see a doctor specializing surrounded by weight loss for an evaluation. It is unlikely that you would be capable of lose 60 plus pounds in six months lacking some support from a medical professional and/or a support group.Your health is at stake.
my dad weigh 200lbs and he is NOT fat and my mom weigh 150 and she isnt fat eather. we dont look big eather. i dont know wat it is but somepeople weigh more. but im 13 and weigh 82lbs.its kinda weired. my sister weigh 100 she is 13 also and same with my step mom. 120lbs. i am hugely little compaired to my family. we are not a lubricant bunch so i dont really understand. its adjectives genetics. dont verbs...wen i hop on the scale i freak out 2
