How can i stop my too much craving for food!? HELP!?

Exercise more so it wont matter. When you quality hungry and know that you don't need to be ingestion go and brush your teeth and hold a big drink of water. The predilection of the toothpaste gives you the flavour you have need of and the water will steep you up.
I have like peas in a pod problem at times, its so annoying!

What i do is, since i have 5 meal a day, i enjoy water 10 minutes formerly a meal, afterwards i drink water again during that breakfast time, and im full.
Also try eating fruit or a handfull of low overweight nuts etc..

If you eat out of boredom, try getting yourself colonized in something so you wont.

Since im on a 1500 calories a time diet, i look at how many calories somehting have, and if its too much i go for a replacement, and that track have some extra calories for binge intake fruit/veggies on.

Also try excersising more

This is what worked for me. I ate all the time other searching for something to snack on, knowing I could not be hungry.
I eliminate bread and sugar from my diet. The first week is tough but if you make it you will stop the craving. After a while you can append bread and sugar back into your diet. Avoiding sugar full products, as a matter of certainty once you kick the sugar and bread way, you will not want to eat these items.
I can get through a little bread and I chomp through the dark chocolate candy.
