Flat jello jiggly but and thighs.?
How do you get some shape for a dazzling hiney without gyms of exercise equipment? I want to do more isometrics or kalesthetics. I hold lost all the solidity I want to and now its something like toning up. My upper legs (thighs) and butt need abet. Its like you cant let somebody know where my legs and and my butt starts. Hubby think im going crazy but my daughter said i had a flat butt. Something approaching using a counter, floor or my own body weight to catch a nice butt. If you know of any to help the butt an upper legs simultaniously... I would greatly apreciate the suggestions!!
Answers: Squats or weighted lunges combined beside an aerobic activity approaching jumping within a superset (straight after each other) is a suitable start. Hill running is also good (sprint up, waddle down) but just go and get moving thats the real switch.
Seriously the best thing is to put your foot briskly everywhere and run up stairs two at a time whenever you meet them. Also running on a sand helps loads (although I don't soak up it at all!)
What are the trouble-free exercises for reducing potbelly? Specially when you enjoy cervical spondylosis..?
