Whats the best mode to capture a smaller but?!?


i have a really immense bottom,, i cant find any type of exercise to help it.. any concept?

(when i eat adjectives the fattyness goes to my butt and thighs and make my tummy larger,, why is it leaving the rest of my body out??)


Answers:    Walking is the best exercise and consumption less could backing some. BUT, walking keeps your * small! I live within China, and I can look at someone and tell if they own a motorbike, or a sports car, it is very plain as the nose on your face walking keeps the curvy * small!
