Curb hunger?


i findthat im hungry all the time, even shortly after i devour a meal. i am a form nut so i only put away whole wheat bread. I put away plenty of whjole grain and fruits and hose down. What are the best ways to curb my hunger?


Answers:    It sounds like your problem is your blood sugar is spiking. You're on the right track drinking whole wheat bread and fruits -- if you ate white bread, you'd be even hungrier after ingestion.

It sounds like what's missing from your diet is protein. Eating equal parts protein and carbs stabilizes your blood sugar, putting stale hunger pangs. Protein also take longer to digest, so you feel full longer.

1. Drinking caffeine, especially green tea.

Usually when I get hungry, and I KNOW I shouldn't put away, I'll drink something. Like a diet soda... or some juice. As long as I'm putting something contained by my mouth, I don't think going on for eating. Drinking marine.

I find when i hold on to myself busy and i pass the time I don't requirement to eat. but whenever im simply sitting around being bored i attain very hungry.
