Answers: Eat give or take a few 6 light/medium meals a time with elevated protein and carbs. Or you can eat 3 meal a day and next after 2 hours drink a shake. Just make sure you exercise, or it will be stored as flabby.
you eat and guzzle until your full. You dont exercise that much and you be lzy all year long. dont stuff yourself, but eat lots of bread and carbs! flawless luck!

Focus on eating a great deal of protein and fats, the well brought-up types. Eat lots of peanut butter(natural) and chicken and carby foods. Don't excersise but don't be lazy any. Good luck! i suggest that you gain good shipment and that's by gaining muscles...my brother plays football and he have to be a certain mass so he drinks muscle milk and i have to read out he's getting bigger
eat lots of French Fri's and grease to turn right to your thighs and pizza is good to get through, stuff that has lots of grease in it, and guzzle all you approaching and get full every where on earth you go but don't get through so much that you get sick. worthy luck dude make em stop look'in at you! Eat heaps of carbs and dairy products especially heaps of cheese my friend be trying to put on weight and this worked for them well brought-up luck
