skinless boneless chicken and plenty of cardio its a life style cash not a Diet... diets are not long term... give attention to long term change for life... moderation is switch... 7 small meals is better than 3 larger square meal... stay away from fast food and gravitate to the turkey or chicken or tuna sandwich etccc... you can have pizza but restriction to 2 slices rather than partially a large ;-)... hose down is key... don't starve yourself and bring at least 20 min of cardio 5 days a week or more
