16 year ancient living surrounded by a 'normal' household!?


my family r not plump at all and r adjectives healthy, (soccer players and runners) . the food surrounded by our house r not that great most of the times, ice cream, chips, chocolate ... they r adjectives meat eaters but im a vegetarian .. whenever im supposed to own a meal, i run into the kitchen and there r so copious temptations (especially ice cream & bread) , i walk with my mum shopping but i obligation to know what to put into the trolley that i can eat and any tips, can i preserve some foods in my room so that i dont procure tempted to budge into the kitchen, any really quick dinners that requires only just any cooking ... i need to lose some consignment and i just fixed a gym yesterday, oh and any really easy lunch accepted wisdom to take to conservatory that r like 250 calories or smaller quantity

Answers:    the progresso weight onlooker soups are pretty good. Oh and everyone deserves a snack pick up some of those 100 calories snacks and if you must munch through bread or pasta get wheat
okay im not a health freak resembling i would like to be someday. but i own to say that i really venerate you a whole lot because i'd approaching to try the Vegi thing for something like 30 days but have not get myself to do it yet.
But try to stay discipline and other remember why your not trying to eat something. I other keep that contained by mind when i am tempted to devour some Pork or drink Soda. *smile*

for your protein i think you should drink approaching may some protein shakes because when i was chitchat to a friend of mines who is into health and is also a lacto-vegetarian he was vitally saying that it is easier for your stomach to digest what comes from the protein shake next actual meat itself (because it's tougher i guess).

But like achieve some Tofu, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches. lol. I hope that helps somewhat but if i come up next to anything else then i'll consent to you know but Good luck & wish you powerfully and just stay focus because you'll eventually lose that mass.

I forgot to mention that I'd highly recommend you to bring back to an Indian Restaurant if you haven't already because they have a huge test of Vegetarian Meals. I love my Indian Brothers & Sisters by the way (I basically had to voice that).
Vegetarian diet isnt going to help losing weightiness unless your body just happen to love changing protein into flabby. You need to focus on avoiding fatty foods, and starchy foods to lose weight.

If you are going to workout next focus on protein to get the verve you need instead of carbs. Because your body have a harder time converting protein into fat than carbs, you can ingest protein that your body will convert to heartiness but also use to repair the muscle that will be undoubtedly metabolized for energy during your workouts. But since you hold excess amino acids form the protein, that muscle will be rebuilt faster than the solid that was also metabolized, disappearing you with a lattice loss of fat and not anything net loss of muscle.

Also you should still consume milk, not rime cream because of the sugar or cheese because of the fat, but tons non-sugary cereals are pious because of the plethora of minerals. Wheat based cereal are good.

Some of the cleanest protein sources for vegetarian come from soy products, especially tofu (oh no!) and soy/veggie burgers, sausages etc.
Its Not A Good Idea To Put Food In Your Room, You Must Have 5 or 6 Small Meals.

And First of All You Must Change Your Mind And Thinkin About Your Purpose
