so i went to the cinema and have sweet popcorn in a prevailing conditions sized bucket, it wasn't buttered , just sweet. how several calories am i looking at?

am i still under my usual 1300 a sunshine , cos all i have other than that be a bowl of bran flakes in the morning (250 calories)

so how various calories have i ate ?
