Will these basically make the addition of on to it or lend a hand me?
Answers: Nope,you gotta do cardio,but building muscles will help you burn more calories.For every lb of muscle you build, you burn almost 6 extra calories, thats why they say we men own a higher metabolism,(muscle) So building muscle+cardio=a firm body,and I judge women need at most minuscule 13% body fat to see abs.
It will sustain as muscle burns fat, but at one and the same time it may look bulky. Try the excersizes and take up jog or running every night/morning. That will be a big help. Good luck!

I mull over that they will do a little bit of both. Cardio is the BEST mode to burn fat but building muscle is also really biddable cause you'll be doing two things at once-burning heavy and getting gorgeous muscles! Good Luck!
