19 and a partly stone, Ive finally fixed to do something something like it, but worried just about exercise cause heart,,,


,,,,attack. im very unfit,( out of puff walking stairs at home), im 5ft 7, 19st 7lbs. should i seize rid of a certain amount of shipment thru diet alone (if so, how much?) then start exercising??
and basically to say, i own had thearapy for compulsive intake and thats now undercontroll .
i give up smoking 5 months ago, anti depressants finished 6 months ago, im aged 33, and female. i hold a young domestic to think of and i dont want to die hasty .

In your armour i would see a doctor and ask to be referred to a dietitian Walk whenever you can, don't try anything too strenuous to start with. The stairs may be tiring, but where on earth possible take the stairs. I started out by taking the stairs at work instead of the erect ( 2 flights, I couldn't speak for several minutes afterwards!), and going for a gentle hike at lunchtime (15-20minutes) within 2 weeks the stairs be much easier, and the walk be pleasant!
I was 2 stone lighter than you but 6 inches shorter!

And the most considerable - speak to your doctor.

i would say put away lots of fruit
exercise regularly (exercise of ur choice)
and aim to get to a lower freight followed by another
e.g. 18 stone then 16 stone later 14 then perchance stop at 13 stone
it depends how much you want 2 lose/what kind of amount you want
13 stone would be slightly overweight (according 2 a bmi calculator for example) but it certainly wouldn't be a flabby figure
more of a curvy one

You fantastic, amazing, brave personality. With the money you have save on giving up smoking you should seriously consider joining a gym. They have ethnic group who are trained to help you lose counterbalance. They will be able to dispense you advice on exercises that will not impact your joint and also advice on diet. I am like height as you and I be 16st 3lb. I am now 12st 7lb and I own kept this weight rotten for 4 1/2 years. I know that you can do this. It is not easy but near your determination you will do really well. You are putting your family circle first and that is the most generous thing I surmise I have ever see on this site. You go girl!
