What do you contemplate of my Way?
1.5 liters of water till 12: 30 pm
Lunch (12:30) - an Apple , fruit yogurt, conceivably a handful of raisins.
Dinner (5.pm)- Grilled chicken , some pasta or soup, salad , a piece of fruit.
i drink alot of water after dinner . 1.5 liters
7 or 8pm fruit yogurt and a piece of unharmed wheat toast with some conserve
After that i may have 2 or 3 pieces of fruits till i stir to sleep.
* On some days. i Allow myself to have some cast-offs food but only one or two things surrounded by same day..What do you conjecture?
Oh yeah. im 16 , 120ilbs , 5,5.
Good or not so well? I've be eating close to this since for like a year and some ethnic group think I'm abnormal :P .am I?
