Answers: Hahaha those things are a WASTE of money! Don't even ponder about buying that. Here's what you do. Eat fine and exercise- cardio and do crunches. It's honestly as simple as that. You can trust me, I am one of those people who used to reflect "Oh theres a simple way to lose weight" and pondered such things as that ab belt, liposuction, etc. But its crap. All it really take is good antediluvian healthy consumption and regular exercise. here's what you do:
-Get 30-45 minutes per day of continuous exercise that keep your heart rate elevated the whole time.
-Eat breakfast every morning- undamaged grains similar to oatmeal and always at like peas in a pod time
-take a multivitamin and extra calcium and vitamin c
-Eliminate anything processed, any fast foods, any restaurant foods, anything next to corn syrup or preservatives
-Eat only inborn foods such as fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, lean meats and seafood, low rotund milk, low fat yogurt, unbroken grains resembling wheat bran and oatmeal
-Dont eat anything "white"- white breads, potatoes, white rice, etc. Too giant in starch and "impossible carbs." Your body will process this quickly and you consistency hungry soon.
-Get plenty of fiber to keep your digestive system moving.
don't excess your money, I bought one and all its does is shock you. Don't consume your money.
Firstly, this belt will dehydrate you.
You won't lose any fat, you'll solitary lose a total of about 6 pounds, which is basically water counterweight.
There is no magic belt or pill.
Weight loss take effort -- diet and exercise.
The belt cause the muscle to contract by electrical impulse.
So they involuntary contractions.
Learn how to contract your muscles smoothly and you will be much better off. By research this you will be able to switch your core on when needed and it will bequeath you better stabilizing muscles.
In my view they do not work. Don't leftovers your money!
Yes they work, but no it's not going to work for you.
These things were developed for athletes that be unable to do regular exercises but needed to hold their muscles toned. So a little electric shock is given, the muscles taut up then relax and it's close to doing a crunch.
The problem is, unless you already have abs of steel and little large covering them, you're not going to wind up looking resembling the model on the box. You're also going to miss out on the benefits of cardio and ab work.
So don't buy this unless you're an athlete that's going through physical rehabilitation and need to hang on to your abs in tip-top shape.
