ATTN: PERSONAL TRAINERS-butt workouts?


Ok, I have an quiz regarding butt exercises. is it true that anyone can hold a muscular big butt? (e.g J-Lo)
I heard somewhere it's possible. That anyone can own that type of muscular big butt, not fat simply fit. So, by doing the correct butt exercises, can I achieve this? I appreciate your skill.


Answers:    Yes you can. Obviously genetics can work for/against your purpose which may mean you requirement to work harder/less than others.

The best butt workout I have found is squats and lunges. Then you can attach in walking, leg press and other resistance exercises.

I put my obedient butt down to these two exercises. You can do them at home, at the gym, whenever and wherever you resembling. You can do it standing or get creative and bearing.

BTW - diet can contribute to your success as okay.
You can do butt exercises that will help your butt achieve a little bigger. But you ain't gon find no ganster booty. totally, but also depends on genes
