Is low corpulent or non large frozen vanilla yogurt hearty?





Answers:    Flavored low fat and non excess weight yougurt still contain a huge amount of sugar so it's still not "real" healthy. Try non obese plain yogurt and make a shake or smoothie out of it near whey protein or just append some fruit.
actually if you freeze almond milk...it's the best and healthiest. not if explicitly all you chomp through.
