What is the Perfect Weight for a... ?
Answers: Reluctantly, I'll post this -- ideal BMI for 5'6" is anywhere from 118 to 148 pounds, but .
If you are muscular, the BMI will cogitate you are overweight when you are not because muscle weighs more. It also assumes non-large bone structure. It also assumes you are done growing (not a teen) as more weightiness is normal since a growth spurt,
Essentially, if you think you are ok, you credible are. The BMI is an estimate not the gold standard. :)
I don't know that there's really any such entry as a perfect substance. It varies from being to person. Weight is such a silly item to get delayed on. If you like the track you look, it doesn't matter what the extent says. Totally agree beside Audrey.
You could look great at 115 or look great at 145 depending on your frame size.
Throw away your scale and buy a mirror. If you resembling what you see - you are the perfect cargo.
