Problems beside skin saggin.?


Im 17,155 pounds approximately, go to gym 3 times a week for a neutral workout, eat greatly healthy and procure everything i need, but do to briskly metabolism, i tend to take on and stale pounds(in very short time differences... minus dieting or anything... )and have started to acquire sags on my thighs and lower back...
Should I do something surrounded by particular? Creams? some different exercise at the gym?

Answers:    Add muscle mass and drink more water. This will "clutch up" some of the loose skin.
