Help me loose mass!?


Hi
Im 26years old 5ft 6", and 12stone 5. Ive not long had a newborn and Im still breastfeeding, but desperate to loose some weight. I own high blood pressure and Im on medication for this, but loosing some immensity will help lower my blood pressure.
What can I do to loose and keep hold of off the flab.
Also what open-handed of weight should I realistically aim for

Answers:    Instead of 3 roomy meals per daylight, eat a smallish hearty snack every 2 hours. This will help boost your metabolism. Also drink lots and lots of river. Don't eat second-hand goods food. If you want to eat a pod of chips, get for a time bowl and put about 15 small pretzels contained by it instead. Also don't go over the recommended serving sizes (a polite serving is the size of the palm of your hand) and put your food in a bowl or on a plate instead of snacking directly from the box. This will help prevent mindless overeating.

i didn't surmise 12 stone was fruitless but i think what you want is excercise. diets are not that good especially if you are brestfeeding
basically excercise see don go for dieting ...coz you will become frail not slim ... well i warning u not to indulge in anything coz ur still breastfeeding ..and u involve proper nutrition .. but ok ..y don u try to cut on fatty foods and go within for fresh foods like vegetables and fruits ... cut on meat for sometime ...
stop consumption fast food, pocket in single 2000 calories or less a daytime, and exercise.

There is no magic pill, receive off your a55 and way of walking
be careful next to the medicine and breast feed the baby
and try counterweight watchers
they have wonderful food
and you loose alot of solidity in propations

Lots of veg (raw if you can)
Try ingestion breasts of meat instead of legs etc
Lots of water
and try a workout dvd

Im within the same position and I do Davina MCcolls (I suppose thats how you spell it) high dash dvd each workout solitary takes 20 mins and its great Ive lost 20 pounds so honest luck
just travel to the gym and make sure you dont devour unhealthy stuff. try running or walking around the neighborhood beside your baby within the stroller? do it when you get up and around 5ish contained by the afternoon! it works really well Why don't you check beside your doctor?? Especially, considering you are breastfeeding. You don't want to short your baby, do you? The smaller amount intake you have the smaller quantity your child will get.
