Meal plan that equals 1200 cals each day?


can you pls give me a teatime plan example or tell me how tons cals...

2 apples for breakfast
can of tuna and 4 corn crackers/rye cruskits for lunch
salad for dinner

would equal?

Answers:    water contain no calories...apples you're looking at just about 85-110 cals a peice. Tuna in hose 100-150 cals. depending on the size of salad, dressing , crutons, veggies anywhere from 200-400 cals.
you need not to still to that each day as long as you consume within the required each day energy requirements.
