I own a month to lose 20lbs, how do I do it?


I've been working almost 20min a day (cardio &abs), but I'm not really seeing any difference. What should I do?


Answers:    increase ur cardio to at lowest possible 30 mins that is recommended for ur minimum exercise. And bestow it time usually ur tummy won't shrink ur face thighs will stir first.

You can try a detox diet. I know Beyonce go on it before a movie and lost 20lbs within two weeks. But, you are basiclly fasting for 10 days. The point of the diet is to verbs out your system, but you will also lose weight. I believe it's the lemonade detox diet. For best result, develop a plan for the swimming training. For the learner: swim continuously for 3 minutes and then rest for 1-2 minutes. Then swim for another 2 times, and 3 minutes. If you deem these are easy for you to complete, afterwards move to the next stage. Here you swim continuously for 10 minutes at average tread, followed by a rest for 3 minutes (totally thrice). Even if this fails to exert you, set the time to 20 minutes respectively up to 30 minutes. If you think the intensity of increment is rather rapid, consequently switch over to the acceptable rank. As the physical exertion caused by swimming is extremely high, it is advisable to do this training once every 2 days. This give you a day to restore your force.
