What can I do for my big thighs?


I'm 5'5 and 110 lbs. However, my thighs are a little big for my body. What can I do? I run 5 kilometres and a partially in a afternoon. Which exercise should I do and which foods should I eat?

Answers:    okay the distance doesnt concern wat matters is how sore u r after the workout because thatts how u know ur building muscle.
