How do you kind your knees stronger?
Answers: depends what your on about. the knees isnt a muscle so u cant really make it stronger, but if you be determined recovery from injury thats a different story
you can do standard lamp recovery exersizes.
my doctor told me to do things similar to:
>sit on the couch and do a leg raise motion approaching you would do in the gym, but next to no weight. taut them while their straight for a few seconds after repeat.
i had to give somebody a lift a 6 month break from heavy exersize resembling running etc.
sucks...
