ok, im 5'3, and im 140 pounds. ive been on an non wheat diet, and i seem to be to be gaining mass?, i also do about 100 situps, and within the first week i lost like 3 pounds, but immediately i stopped doing my situps and im just on the diet, and i weigh more than beside wut i started?, wut happened?
Answers: you gain muscle by doing the crunches, and now that you hold stopped you have for a time bit of fatigue. it will go away once you've stopped for rather a while.

And personal opinion- the non wheat diet is grim for your long term robustness, unless you have a genetic disease call ciliac.
