Answers:    Instead of ingestion 3 meals a year... Eat 6 small meals a morning, make sure your calories are coming from virtuous sources (complex carbs, proteins, and Unsaturated fats) and not from bad sources (refined sugars, and wringing fats)... keep your calorie intake to in the order of 1500-2000 calories per day. and get hold of an hour of exercise (running, biking, basketball, etc.) every day and you will lose immensity pretty quickly..
