I have lunch at 11 pm which is similar to breakfast and lunch. i have any sandwich i want + greek salad. and since im contained by collage at this time the sandwich is really heavy and it stuffes me
and consequently i have fruit salad at around 4pm (when i draw from home from collage) cause thats when i return with hungry again.
and i drink lots of water and some liquid in between.
and i do lots of walking dance.
and its been working for me, i lost a kilo contained by 4 days.
the problem is, fruits dont really work for me =\ they make me touch gassy if i had them for 2 or more days surrounded by a row -_-" and viggies do too ='(
so is there anything i can hold instead of fruits and viggies?
