I own lost .72 pounds per sunshine over the ultimate 44 days totaling 32 lbs.?

Answers:    It depends.

Can you keep it up?

Also, everything I've read say that if you lose more than 2 pounds per week you run the risk of health problems. Same beside eating smaller quantity than 1200 calories.
ok so what are you asking??

EDIT
well right for you. are you lifting weights as well because near only 1000-1300 calories a time is not much along with running 5 times a week. what you could own lost was lean muscle. but keep hold of it up, if you work out i would up your calories, try eating 2000 a hours of daylight, you will still lose weight along next to getting more definition. as far as if it is healthy or not, as long as you are gettin adjectives your essential vitamins, minerals, etc. it is healthy.
well brought-up luck
AND, your problem is? Were you not dieting and you are wondering what the heck is wrong with you?

Well, first of adjectives, if not dieting, see your doctor. If you are dieting, biddable for you. Although, that's about 5 lbs. per week...still closely per week to be considered a "healthy bulk loss..

Again, AND YOUR PROBLEM IS?
You should really only lose 2 lbs of heavy each week ... if you are losing more than that (past the first couple weeks) you are losing more than grease, you are losing muscle, too. And no, that's not healthy.
It is natural to give up pop - to put away less pizza (although veggie pizza on shrill crust w/ less cheese would be okay) . but I cogitate you should be eating more than 1300 calories a time. Maybe try to up your calories to 1800.
You could try going to a nutritionalist or sign up for a program online that will help you figure how many calories you obligation to continue to lose counterweight (or maintain weight) within a healthy agency.
