Can i loose shipment surrounded by one month?


i'm only 15, and a freshman within highschool.
i'm not fat, but i know i could loose a moment or two bit of weight.
I'm going on a trip within one month, and i really want to loose weight so i can look upright in a bathing suit, and hold more self confidence.
please help.
do you own any suggestions of what kind of exercise or what giving of foods i should eat??
appreciation.


Answers:    At 15, you could lose alot of weight. I lost around 15-20 lbs when i was 14 within a month.

1) Drink ALOT of water, frequent people underestimate wet. Drinking alot of water could be the difference between losing 2 lbs a week to 5 lbs a week.

2) Eat 4-5 SMALL meal a day, and drink breakfast. Trust me on this one, eat breakfast.It will relief your metabolism burn more fat and it will regulate your appetite so you wont obtain hungry during lunch or dinner.

3) Build muscle. If you are not fat, similar to you claim, just have muscle will make you look toned. Do going on for 50 push-ups and 200-300 sit-ups a day. This will construct you arms, breasts, chest, and abs look much more toned. And also, when you exercise, you will burn more fat, because the more muscle you hold the more fat you burn.

4) Run just about 30 mins a day. NOT walking, but running. At your age, you should burn alot of calories.

Make sure you devour alot of fruits and veggies. Stay away from all types of fluid except sea and milk (dont overdrink the milk though). Escpecially stay away from sugar like soda and rime cream. Sugar is eViL! trust me on the sugar thing, by drinking in the order of 2-3 cans of soda a WEEK, you put adjectives your excersie to waste. Limit yourself on the meat (but craft sure you have some protein contained by your diet), and focus on more carbohydrates (Not too much though)

Make sure you get toned though. Many folks (especially girls) focus all on their diet and corpulent burning. Getting muslce WILL make you look skinnier, and it plays a BIG fragment in losing cargo and keeping weight bad. Remember to do those push-ups and sit-ups no matter how much a dull pain it is. If you claim that you aren't fat, afterwards just getting some muscle ought to create you look skinny.

Patience and Persistence is the key.

And running contained by place.isnt the best idea, but i guess its better than nought. Tread mills are better for burning fat than regular running, so look into one if you are serious near losing weight.

as expected u can definitely lose 5 pounds contained by 1 week if u eat on top form and proper diet and exercise regularly, do lots of cardio workout like running run and do crunches and push ups. try pilates i love it and it give you a lean look...do 20 minutes 3-4 times per week.
cut back calories and munch through more fresh foods.
