Hello! I am 20 years old and am a college student! right very soon I am considered overweight and I am trying to fix that. I am 5'2'' and weight close to 160. Although i really have no thought why I weight that much becuase I wear similar to a 7/8 jean size and I have friends who are bigger than me and wear bigger size jeans than i do who bulk like 20 pounds smaller number that i do! So...I am "dieting" I guess.. I am more dieting to get into shape and become well again. Im trying to lose inches and not concentrate on my weight as much. ANyways this is what I am be doing and my plans. Please tell me what you contemplate! Thanks

I am on a calorie diet and I went to resembling the BMI calculator and they told me the amount of calories i need respectively day to arrive at my weight aspiration. Some one my height requests to weight roughly speaking 115 to 135.
Calories/day: 1600-1800
Roller blade/walk/run: 30 mins each afternoon
Drink 8-10 8oz glasses of river
ab lounge every night
small weights 3 days a week for 30mins-1hr.

if u drink a lot of liquid then u stipulation to stop because juice contains lots of calories. for exercise a short time ago run 2 or 3 miles a day. corrections:

- increase the 30 min / time to at least 45 min but preferably 60 min because rotund burning commences only after 30-45 min of exercise.

- switch the abs to morning (after wake up) from evening and add pushups and situps. adjectives of it 3 sets of as much as you can each set next to 2-3 min rest in between.

- switch the small weights big repetitions to big weights few repetitions to get bigger muscles.

I hold gained 85 lbs w/both my pregnancies and own lost 90 after. The key for me be weight training. I am 5'9" and my objective wt is 145. I started working w/a weight trainer who started me on 8lb weights. (I be nervous cuz I did NOT wanna bulk) I be skeptical at first b/c I was not learned about cargo!! After one month I was using 10 lb weights. Then after 6 weeks, 12 lbs afterwards 15, then I completed w/20 lb weights. Even on the 20lb weights I still did not bulk. My intake was 1200.00 calos a light of day. (My trainer also approved that 1200 was just what the doctor ordered for maximum weight loss). I also used the diet pill Phentermine to assist suppress my appetite. But I am able to consume more food than ever b/c of the consignment training. For ever ounce of fat i.e. replaced with muscle you can comsume an extra 7 calos./per ounce. So it will pilfer time to replace the fat cell w/muscle so be patient. Also cardio similar to you are doing is great for speeding the metabolism until you get more muscle!! In summary...lol... I would maintain up your work out routine, but add heavier weights, and cut the calos down to 1200 a hours of daylight! Hope this helps..GODD LUCK TO YOU.dangle in in that, you are not alone.
P.S. When I was solidity training i weighed 145 (which be always my pre-prego weight) and everyone be constantly saying that I have NEVER been that thin/lean b/4. That surely I weigh like 120...I have a hard time convincing them that I looked so small cuz I have gotten rid of lots of body fat even though the extent showed what it used to always show.
