Im obese and have condition problems?


hi im 20, im 497 pounds. I'm starting to walk to the other room and rear legs, which really tires me out for the rest of the day, because thats what the response be in my other grill. But i havnt got the willpower to administer up my 3 takeaway a day routine. I am worried for my strength now as i seize servere chest pains and aches around where on earth my heart is as if i have bruised my heart or something i inevitability some help

you dont have the will power to hand over up takeaway but you do have the willpower to guzzle yourself to death? I've be there buddy- in fact i was roughly your age too. Stop making excuses. get sour your fat bum and pace around the block. Exhausted? you need to bring to the point where you thinkyou are going to die from nouns and then help yourself to one more step. It sucks but its the ONLY method.

i meditate you should start slowly cut out 1 of the take aways today and start to do a moment or two bit of walking do the same everyday until you surface a bit more comfy then be in motion a little bit further but dance and see your doctor before you do anything x
